Shipping Policy

All our orders are sent by Australia Post. Delivery times to your destination will vary according to your postcode and types of items ordered. Peak times may cause a slight delay in production and shipping. Please allow extra time for post deliveries at these times - IE. Mothers/Father’s Day/Christmas/Easter.

Please ensure that all your postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your Items to the incorrect address. Once your items are shipped to the specified address at checkout, unfortunately there is nothing further we can do.

All our items are carefully packed and posted in secure packaging for maximum protection however please be advised that sometimes accidents do happen. If your item/s arrive damaged, please contact us.

Christmas Cut off Dates

Standard shipping cut off dates for Christmas 2024 are the 16th of December. Orders placed after this date must be dispatched by express post to be guaranteed for delivery prior to the 25th of December.

**Express orders cut off on the 19th of December for Christmas delivery.

**Personalised items may need additional time to process and therefore processing time must be considered.

How much is shipping?

$10.95 Flat Rate is for standard shipping ONLY (4 to 8 business days).

Please note: This rate does not include some fragile or large products. These products may be charged at the applicable rate via a courier. If you have any concerns, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Orders over $120 qualify for free standard shipping within provided that they are not fragile or large items.

Our shipping rates do vary as our product catalogue includes a diverse range of items of varied sizes, some of which may be heavier/bulkier than others. We try to offer the lowest rates where possible.

Costs outside of flat rate or express are calculated at the checkout stage of your purchase. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we do! Please choose the "Express Shipping" option at the checkout. *Please note that depending on the size of your item express shipping may not be available.

Do you deliver to P.O. Box address?

Yes, we can deliver to any PO Box Address in Australia providing that your order meets your PO Box requirements. If your order is too big for PO Box delivery, a courier will be required to deliver your order and therefore we require a street address.

Where are my Items shipped from?

All Items are shipped from Bundaberg, Queensland, 4670, Australia

When will my Items be shipped?

If the item(s) you have ordered is (are) in stock and your order is placed before 2pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), then we will aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed after 11am on a Friday or during a weekend, your order will not be put into production until the next business day.

During peak times (IE Christmas) our order processing time may take 1-4 business days before your items are shipped.

Items are shipped from Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia.

All custom/personalised orders are subject to Terms and Conditions associated with the order. You will be advised of all these terms at the time of your order, and as such the dispatch of custom items will vary. This information is also in the product description section of each product.

Please allow for both production/handling time + shipping time for the delivery of your order.

Exceptions for shipping are public holidays as we cannot arrange for courier collection, or post office processing on these days. Your item will be processed for production the following business day.

Our couriers usually collect from our warehouse before 2pm Monday to Friday (AEST) - not on public holidays.

Once payment is processed, funds have cleared, and item has been made we will despatch for delivery. Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there is an Event Outside Our Control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event Outside Our Control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

Delivery will be completed when we deliver the item(s) to the address you gave us. The item(s) will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You own the item(s) once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

Can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked via the link supplied with your completed order (if you chose the option of tracking), or online in your Bogan Gift Co account (if you signed up). Please click the associated link to check the delivery status of your order. Please note that your orders tracking status may not be visible until they are generated within the courier's online portal. Bogan Gift Co has no control over courier's online portal.

Do I have to sign for my order?

If you choose signature on delivery, then a signature will be required for delivery. If no-one is available to sign for your parcel in this instance, the delivery service should leave a card advising you of your pick-up options. As this may not always happen, we advise you to keep track of your delivery.

If no one is available at yours or the recipients address to take delivery, the courier will leave a note that the item(s) have been returned to the courier's depot for collection. In which case, please contact the courier to arrange for collection. If for any reason an arrangement to pick the parcel up promptly from the specified delivery service collection centre is not organised, the parcel may be returned to us. Should this happen, you will be required to pay a fee for re-delivery.

What happens to 'return to sender' or refused delivery parcels?

Please take extra care to enter the correct address details when you order. If a parcel is returned to us marked 'return to sender', you must pay the same postage fee to get the Items re-delivered to you again plus a returned to sender fee as charged to us by the courier for being undeliverable.

If a delivery is refused once it has left our warehouse, you will be charged for both the cost of the delivery and the cost of return to our warehouse, in accordance with the delivery cost.

What happens if my order goes missing or is damaged in transit?

In the unlikely event that this happens, please advise us and we will lodge an inquiry with the courier who will conduct a thorough search and provide a response generally within 4 business days. If you receive an item that is damaged please see the information below:

The following conditions apply to making a claim:

• In the event items are received damaged, please keep all packaging material and contact us in writing within seven (7) days;

• Please take photos of the damaged packaging, and the damaged item/items

Bogan Gift Co reserves the right to refuse any claim for lost/damaged goods without appropriate proof, including photos.

Please contact Bogan Gift Co immediately to file a claim.

Shipping Protection

We offer our customers the option of choosing shipping protection at the checkout. If this option is chosen, Bogan Gift Co will cover damage, loss or theft during shipping. The definition of shipping is from when the parcel is collected from our warehouse up until the moment it is delivered to the customers address. Damage, loss or theft of a parcel from a customer's residence after it has been delivered is not covered.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Below is an estimated guide for standard deliveries and when you can expect delivery of your parcel; Please note these times are a guide and may vary. (Please allow extra time over any peak times – IE Christmas period and allow for public holidays). The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode.

These times are in addition to our production/print times of 1-4 days.
