We create ready-made gifts and customised gifts and items. Any reference to "Items" in this agreement includes the relevant associated services to be performed by Bogan Gift Co.

These terms and conditions (Terms) govern your use of the Bogan Gift Co's website located at https://www.bogangiftco.com (Website) and the supply of Items designed by us or by you through the Website.

These Terms are structured as follows:
• Clause 1: Purchase of Items, which relates to the purchase of goods through the Website;
• Clause 2: Use of the Website, which relates to how to interact with the Website and your Account;
• Clause 3: General, legal interpretation terms;
o Schedule 1: Delivery Terms and FAQ;
o Schedule 2: Cancellations, Refunds and Returns Policy; and
o Schedule 3: Sizes and Materials.

By using the Website and/or placing an order, you accept the these terms and conditions and the terms set out in our FAQS section of our website even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you.

Please make sure you read and understand and agree to all parts of these Terms, including the Schedules which include important information that will affect your order.

We may change these Terms at any time by updating this page of the Website, and your continued use of the Website following such an update will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the Terms as amended.

1. PURCHASE OF ITEMS

1.1 SAMPLES

(a) (Material or stock samples) If we provide you with samples, some samples may be free of charge. However, we charge a small fee to cover postage. Multiple sample types will incur additional charges and postage. Samples are not to be used for any purpose other than choosing Items to offer to purchase.

1.2 OFFER TO PURCHASE

By submitting an order for purchase of Items using the Website or other method adopted by us (Purchase Order) you represent and confirm that you:
(a) have the legal capacity and are of sufficient age (18 years old or over) to enter into a binding contract with us; and
(b) are authorised to use the debit or credit card or other payment method included in your order - IE Paypal, Afterpay or any other approved payment provider on our website.

Submitting a Purchase Order constitutes your intention and offer to enter into a contract, where we will provide you with the Items you have ordered in exchange for your payment of the total amount listed upon checkout. A contract is not formed until we have approved your payment and you receive an email from us confirming that your order is being processed.

1.2.1 Pranks & Stickers

By submitting an order for purchase of a prank product you agree that you have read and understood that:

(a) they are sold for entertainment purposes ONLY. That any harmful or malicious use, including harrassment is strongly discouraged. They should not be used in a
manner that causes harm, distress, or legal issues.
(b) by purchasing and using a prank product (including us shipping to the intended recipient), you assume full responsibility for any actions, consequences or legal proceedings that may arise.

(c) you release Bogan Gift Co from any and all liability.
Bogan Gift Co disclaims all responsibility for any harm, damages, legal proceedings, or conflicts arising from the use of these pranks.

By submitting an order for purchase of a sticker product you agree that you have read and understood that:

(a) they are sold for entertainment purposes ONLY. and any harmful or
malicious use is strongly discouraged. They should not be used in a manner that causes harm, distress, safety or legal issues. They should not be placed in hazardous locations, nor on sensitive equipment or machinery
or any property of where they may cause safety issues, or damage.

(b) by purchasing and using a sticker product, you assume full responsibility for any actions, consequences, damages or legal proceedings that may arise.

(c) stickers (unless labelled otherwise) have a semi-permanent adhesive. They should only be used on surfaces that can tolerate this adhesive without damage. They may require some effort to remove.

(d) you release Bogan Gift Co from any and all liability.
Bogan Gift Co disclaims all responsibility for any harm, damages, legal proceedings, or conflicts arising from the use of these pranks.

1.3 DESCRIPTIONS OF ITEMS AND SERVICES

All weights given are estimates, stated as correctly as possible, and any minor deviations shall not invalidate this purchase order. Brochures, photographs and other illustration representing the items offered are not binding in detail, as improvements are constantly being made to design processes and machine quality. Your screen display may be different to the colour of the item upon arrival. We are not responsible for the difference in colour.

Brochures and web site are subject to change without notice.

1.4 CUSTOM DESIGNS

We may offer custom designs on certain products. Custom designs are bound by the terms below:

(a) Custom designed items require additional time to prepare the Items than if you order a ready-made item. By accepting to purchase a custom-made item you agree to the extended times for both production and delivery/shipping.
(b) Any design files/artwork/images supplied to us by you must be:
(i) exclusively owned by you or your company;
(ii) not subject to copyright, trademarks and the like;
(iii) permitted for your use (IE open source); and
(iv) free of any viruses and or malicious code.
You acknowledge and agree that the gifts/items:
(i) are for personal use or for gifting to individuals who are over the age of 18 years;
(ii) may not be resold in any commercial setting (including wholesale);
(iii) are not suited or to be gifted to, or to be used by children, and must not be unattended nor left in the reach of children;
(iv) will not be purchased with the intent of harassment of any individual/company;
(v) are being purchased for an individual that you know, and have known for sometime, and that the gifts/items are being purchased with the sole intent of humor;

1.41 SENSTIVE IMAGES

Any custom order that involves the printing of sensitive and/or explicit images is subject to additional terms and conditions that can be found in our "Guidelines & Terms and Conditions for Printing Sensitive Images" page. By agreeing to these terms and conditions and placing an order for a custom product containing sensitive and/or explicit images you agree that you have read, understood and agree to those terms in addition to all terms and conditions contained within this page.

1.5 MATERIALS

We do not accept any third-party materials or materials otherwise made or sourced by you.

1.6 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

(a) It is your responsibility to provide all the means that may be necessary to effectively protect yourself and all third parties, including children, from any injuries that may be sustained from the Items.
(b) You indemnify and release Bogan Gift Co from and against any and all claims, losses or damages arising from any failure to take reasonable care. It is your responsibility to comply with any and all local codes and to implement common sense safety precautions.

1.7 THIRD PARTIES

We may outsource any part of performing any services, procuring any Items, or delivering any items, related to your Order, without further notice to or permission from you. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we will not be liable for any acts or omissions of those third parties, including where such third parties cause delay or damage to any part of your Order.

1.8 PAYMENT

Before making payment, please consider our delivery policy in Schedule 1 and our cancellation and returns policy in Schedule 2.

(a) All prices are per unit (except where indicated) are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
(b) All prices are subject to change without notice.
(c) Prices may include a small packaging fee to ensure safe delivery of your Items.
(d) Taxes, such as import taxes, which are the obligation of Bogan Gift Co to collect in connection with the sale or delivery of items described on any attachment shall be paid by you and will appear as separate Items on the invoice unless your tax exemption certificate is on file with Bogan Gift Co.
(e) You can pay for items using a Visa Debit card or Credit card, or third party payment provider such as Paypal, Afterpay etc. We may also accept bank transfers in specific circumstances. Payment for the items and all applicable delivery charges is in advance, unless credit terms have been agreed in advance.
(f) Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
(i) if Bogan Gift Co issues an invoice to you, payment must be made by the time specified in such invoice;
(ii) in all other circumstances, you must pay for all Items on or prior to Bogan Gift Co dispatching the Items for delivery.
(g) You must not set off any money alleged to be owing by Bogan Gift Co against money due by you to Bogan Gift Co.
(h) (GST) Unless otherwise indicated, amounts stated on the Website are inclusive of GST. In relation to any GST payable for a taxable supply by Bogan Gift Co, you must pay the GST subject to Bogan Gift Co providing a tax invoice.
(i) (Card surcharges) Bogan Gift Co reserves the right to charge credit card surcharges in the event that payments are made using a credit, debit or charge card (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club).
(j) (Online payment partner) We may use third-party payment providers, including PayPal, Afterpay etc (Payment Providers) to collect payments for Items. The processing of payments by the Payment Provider will be, in addition to these Terms, subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Provider and we are not liable for the security or performance of the Payment Provider. We reserve the right to correct, or to instruct our Payment Provider to correct, any errors or mistakes in collecting your payment.
(k) In the event that we discover an error or inaccuracy in the price at which your order was purchased (including shipping prices), we will attempt to contact you and inform you of this as soon as possible. You will then have the option of purchasing your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If you choose to cancel your order and payment has already been debited, the full amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.


1.9 TITLE AND RISK

(a) (Title) Until the price of Items is paid in full, title in those Items is retained by Bogan Gift Co.
(b) (Risk) Risk in the Items will pass to you on delivery. Delivery must not be refused by you.
(c) (Failure to pay) If you do not pay for any Items on or before the due date for payment:
(i) or you otherwise fail to comply with these Terms, and by the terms of sale credit has been extended to you, Bogan Gift Co reserves the right to revoke such credit and demand immediate payment before any further shipment of Items;
(ii) you must pay Bogan Gift Co interest at the rate of 12% per annum on each amount outstanding, from the due date for payment to the date on which the payment is received by Bogan Gift Co;
(iii) we may engage a third party debt collector to recover any amount outstanding, and you will be liable to cover the costs of engaging that debt collector; and
(iv) if you sell Items or Items into which the Items are incorporated before payment in full to Bogan Gift Co, you acknowledge that such sale is made by you as bailee for and on behalf of Bogan Gift Co, to hold the proceeds of sale on trust for Bogan Gift Co, in an account in the name of Bogan Gift Co, and you must pay that amount to Bogan Gift Co on demand.

1.10 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN ITEMS

(a) If you provide Client Content, you guarantee that you are the author or holder of all Intellectual Property Rights for the Client Content and that they have not infringed any Intellectual Property Rights of any third parties by sending the Client Content. You undertake to indemnify Bogan Gift Co against any claims for breach of Intellectual Property Rights by third parties. You will retain ownership of the model sent to Bogan Gift Co and it will be returned to you with you Items. You grant Bogan Gift Co a license to use the Intellectual Property Rights to complete your order for Items.
(b) All Service Provider IP and Developed IP existing in any Items, including their designs, layout, size, materials, settings, processes, methods, techniques and craftmanship approach, are retained by or immediately vest in (as applicable) Bogan Gift Co as those rights are created and are to be kept confidential to the extent disclosed to you as trade secrets.

Definitions for the purposes of this clause 1.11:
(c) "Client Content" means the images/artwork/design files, or documents you supply to Bogan Gift Co under or in connection with these Terms, including any Intellectual Property Rights attaching to those materials;
(d) "Developed IP" means any materials produced by Bogan Gift Co in the course of providing Services or Deliverables including documentation, reports, data, designs, concepts, know-how, information, advice, opinions, emails, notes whether in draft or final form, in writing, provided orally, either alone or in conjunction with you or others, and any Intellectual Property Rights attaching to those materials.
(e) "Service Provider IP" means all materials owned or licensed by Bogan Gift Co that is not Developed IP and any Intellectual Property Rights attaching to those materials.
(f) "Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all present and future intellectual and industrial property rights throughout the world, including copyright, trade marks, designs, patents or other proprietary rights, confidential information and the right to have information kept confidential, or any rights to registration of such rights whether created before or after the date of this agreement, whether registered or unregistered.


1.11 WARRANTIES

Select items carry a 12-month warranty for defects due to faulty material and bad workmanship. Items used for anything other than the prescribed purpose will immediately void any warranties.

Items such as greeting cards, scratch cards and any similar printed items are considered as consumables and therefore are not covered by any warranties.

All Items must be returned to Bogan Gift Co for assessment before we can honour any warranty claims. Should the claim be considered to be fraudulent upon our assessment, no replacements and/or refunds will be given.
If the warranty claim is approved by Bogan Gift Co, we will replace/refund the faulty goods. We are not responsible for any consequential loss incurred due to faulty goods.

Where a warranty claim is not able to be honoured IE item no longer available, materials not available etc, then Bogan Gift Co will offer an alternative item, or refund the total amount including postage. In this instance the item warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or consumable Items.

Where any item is to be returned for a warranty claim, you must have approval from Bogan Gift Co with a RMA and the transportation charges are to be paid by you.

Bogan Gift Co warrants that select items will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months from Purchase Date.

​To make a Warranty claim, you must:
(a) be the original purchaser of the Item;
(b) contact Bogan Gift Co Support Centre via phone/email;
(c) submit an electronic claim;
(d) provide proof of purchase - receipt/invoice;
(e) be able provide extensive details regarding the warranty including detailed photographs; and
(f) if required you must return the Item to Bogan Gift Co at your cost, Bogan Gift Co will cover the return cost back to you. It is recommended to have the item sent insured tracked and insured to avoid loss.

This Warranty shall not apply to any of such items which has been repaired or altered, except by the Seller or its authorised centres or which have been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident. The original warranty period of any item, which has been either repaired or replaced, will not be extended. It is this warranty which is expressed instead of all other warranties: statutory, expressed, and implied including the implied warranties of merchantability, any particular purpose, and all other obligations or liabilities on the Seller's part. In addition, it will never assume or authorise any other person to assume for the seller any other liabilities in connection with the sale of said items.

1.12 LIABILITY

(a) (Limitation of liability) To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bogan Gift Co excludes completely all liability to any person for loss or damage of any kind, however arising whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, equity, indemnity or otherwise, arising from or relating in any way to these Terms or any Items or services provided by Bogan Gift Co. Claims for loss of or damage to Items in transit must be made against the carrier.

All express or implied representations and warranties are, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, excluded. Where any law (including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) implies a condition, warranty or guarantee into these Terms which may not lawfully be excluded, then to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bogan Gift Co' liability for breach of that non-excludable condition, warranty or guarantee will, at Bogan Gift Co' option, be limited to:

(i) in the case of Items, their replacement or the supply of equivalent Items or their repair; and
(ii) in the case of services, the supply of the services again, or the payment of the cost of having them supplied again.
(b) (Indemnity) You agree to indemnify Bogan Gift Co and its employees and agents in respect of all liability for loss, damage or injury which may be suffered by any person arising from your or your representatives' use of any Items or services provided by Bogan Gift Co.
(c) (Consequential loss) To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law (including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), under no circumstances will Bogan Gift Co be liable for any incidental, special or consequential loss or damages, or damages for loss of data, business or business opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, profits or revenue arising under or in connection with this agreement or any Items or services provided by Bogan Gift Co. This clause is not intended to limit your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

2.1 ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE

You must only use the Website in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws, and must ensure that your employees, sub-contractors and any other agents who use or access the Website comply with the Terms and any applicable laws. You also must be 18 years or older.

2.2 ACCOUNTS

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you are responsible for all actions that are done under your account. You will immediately inform Bogan Gift Co in case of unauthorized use of your account. Bogan Gift Co cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage, arising from your failure to protect your account and/or your password.
You are solely responsible for:
(a) providing true, accurate, current and complete information about you as prompted in the Site account details section;
(b) maintaining and promptly updating account information to maintain its accuracy, currency and completeness.

2.3 YOUR OBLIGATIONS

The Website is protected under copyright laws in Australia. You must not:
(a) copy, mirror, reproduce, translate, adapt, vary, modify, sell, decipher or decompile any part or aspect of the Website without the express consent of Bogan Gift Co;
(b) use the Website for any purpose other than the purposes of browsing, selecting or purchasing Items;
(c) use, or attempt to use, the Website in a manner that is illegal or fraudulent or facilitates illegal or fraudulent activity;
(d) use, or attempt to use, the Website in a manner that may interfere with, disrupt or create undue burden on the Website or the servers or networks that host the Website;
(e) use the Website with the assistance of any automated scripting tool or software;
(f) act in a way that may diminish or adversely impact the reputation of Bogan Gift Co, including by linking to the Website on any other website; and
(g) attempt to breach the security of the Website, or otherwise interfere with the normal functions of the Website, including by:
(i) gaining unauthorised access to Website accounts or data;
(ii) scanning, probing or testing the Website for security vulnerabilities;
(iii) overloading, flooding, mailbombing, crashing or submitting a virus to the Website;
(iv) instigating or participating in a denial-of-service attack against the Website.

2.4 INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE

While we make every effort to ensure that the information on the Website is as up-to-date and accurate as possible, you acknowledge and agree that we do not (to the maximum extent permitted by law) guarantee that:
(a) the Website will be free from errors or defects;
(b) the Website will be accessible at all times;
(c) information on the Website will be complete or current;
(d) messages sent through the Website will be delivered promptly, or delivered at all;
(e) information you receive or supply through the Website will be secure or confidential; or
(f) any information provided through the Website is accurate or true.

We reserve the right to change any information or functionality on the Website by updating the Website at any time without notice, including item descriptions, prices and other Website Content. You must not rely on any information on the Website and you must check for any updates to these Terms each time you use the Website.

2.5 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

(a) Bogan Gift Co retains ownership of the Website and all materials on the Website (including text, graphics, logos, design, icons, images, sound and video recordings, pricing, downloads and software) (Website Content) and reserves all rights in any intellectual property rights as defined in clause 1.11 owned or licensed by it not expressly granted to you.
(b) You may make a temporary electronic copy of all or part of the Website for the sole purpose of viewing it. You must not otherwise reproduce, transmit, adapt, distribute, sell, modify or publish the Website or any Website Content without prior written consent from Bogan Gift Co or as permitted by law.

2.6 LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

(a) The Website may contain links to other websites that are not our responsibility.
(b) We have no control over the content of the linked websites and we are not responsible for it.
(c) Inclusion of any linked website on the Website does not imply our approval or endorsement of the linked website.

2.7 SECURITY

Bogan Gift Co does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to computer systems, mobile phones or other electronic devices arising in connection with use of the Website. You should take your own precautions to ensure that the process that you employ for accessing the Website does not expose you to risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference.

2.8 REPORTING MISUSE

If you become aware of misuse of the Website by any person, any errors in the material on the Website or any difficulty in accessing or using the Website, please contact us immediately using the contact details or form provided on our Website.

2.9 LIABILITY

(a) (Limitation of liability) To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bogan Gift Co excludes completely all liability to any person for loss or damage of any kind, however arising whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, equity, indemnity or otherwise, arising from or relating in any way to this Website, these Terms or any Items or services provided by Bogan Gift Co.

Claims for loss of or damage to Items in transit must be made against the carrier.

The Items sold by Bogan Gift Co will have only the benefit of any warranty given by the manufacturer. All other express or implied representations and warranties are, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, excluded. Where any law (including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) implies a condition, warranty or guarantee into these Terms which may not lawfully be excluded, then to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bogan Gift Co' liability for breach of that non-excludable condition, warranty or guarantee will, at Bogan Gift Co' option, be limited to:
(i) in the case of Items, their replacement or the supply of equivalent Items or their repair; and
(ii) in the case of services, the supply of the services again, or the payment of the cost of having them supplied again.
(b) (Indemnity) You agree to indemnify Bogan Gift Co and its employees and agents in respect of all liability for loss, damage or injury which may be suffered by any person arising from your or your representatives' use of the Website or of any Items or services provided by Bogan Gift Co.
(c) (Consequential loss) To the maximum extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will Bogan Gift Co be liable for any incidental, special or consequential loss or damages, or damages for loss of data, business or business opportunity, good will, anticipated savings, profits or revenue arising under or in connection with this Website, these Terms or any Items or services provided by Bogan Gift Co (except to the extent this liability cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

2.10 PRIVACY

You agree to be bound by the clauses outlined in Bogan Gift Co' Privacy Policy, which can be found on our Website.

3. GENERAL

(a) (Governing law) This agreement is governed by the law applying in Queensland, Australia.
(b) (Jurisdiction) Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia, and courts of appeal from them in respect of any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this agreement. Each party irrevocably waives any objection to the venue of any legal process on the basis that the process has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
(c) (Amendments) These Terms may only be amended by Bogan Gift Co in accordance with the Terms.
(d) (Waiver) No party to these Terms may rely on the words or conduct of any other party as a waiver of any right unless the waiver is in writing and signed by the party granting the waiver.
(e) (Further acts) Each party must promptly do all further acts and execute and deliver all further documents required by law or reasonably requested by another party to give effect to these Terms.
(f) (Assignment) A party cannot assign, novate or otherwise transfer any of its rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of the other party.
(g) (Entire Agreement) These Terms embody the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior negotiation, conduct, arrangement, understanding or agreement, express or implied, in relation to the subject matter of the Terms.
(h) (Interpretation) In these Terms, the following rules of interpretation apply:
(i) (singular and plural) words in the singular includes the plural (and vice versa);
(ii) (gender) words indicating a gender includes the corresponding words of any other gender;
(iii) (defined terms) if a word or phrase is given a defined meaning, any other part of speech or grammatical form of that word or phrase has a corresponding meaning;
(iv) (person) a reference to "person" or "you" includes an individual, the estate of an individual, a corporation, an authority, an association, consortium or joint venture (whether incorporated or unincorporated), a partnership, a trust and any other entity;
(v) (party) a reference to a party includes that party's executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns, including persons taking by way of novation and, in the case of a trustee, includes any substituted or additional trustee;
(vi) (these Terms) a reference to a party, clause, paragraph, schedule, exhibit, attachment or annexure is a reference to a party, clause, paragraph, schedule, exhibit, attachment or annexure to or of these Terms, and a reference to these Terms includes all schedules, exhibits, attachments and annexures to it;
(vii) (document) a reference to a document (including these Terms) is to that document as varied, novated, ratified or replaced from time to time;
(viii) (headings) headings and words in bold type are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation;
(ix) (includes) the word "includes" and similar words in any form is not a word of limitation; and
(x) (adverse interpretation) no provision of this agreement will be interpreted adversely to a party because that party was responsible for the preparation of this agreement or that provision.
 
Schedule 1 - Delivery Terms and FAQ

Shipping Policy

All our orders are sent by Australia Post. Delivery times to your destination will vary according to your postcode and types of items ordered. Peak times may cause a slight delay in production and shipping. Please allow extra time for post deliveries at these times - IE. Mothers/Father’s Day/Christmas/Easter.

Please ensure that all your postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your Items to the incorrect address. Once your items are shipped to the specified address at checkout, unfortunately there is nothing further we can do.

All our items are carefully packed and posted in secure packaging for maximum protection however please be advised that sometimes accidents do happen. If your item/s arrive damaged, please contact us.

Christmas Cut off Dates

Standard shipping cut off dates for Christmas 2024 are the 16th of December. Orders placed after this date must be dispatched by express post to be guaranteed for delivery prior to the 25th of December.

**Express orders cut off on the 19th of December for Christmas delivery.

**Personalised items may need additional time to process and therefore processing time must be considered.

How much is shipping?

$10.95 Flat Rate is for standard shipping ONLY (4 to 8 business days).

Please note: This rate does not include some fragile or large products. These products may be charged at the applicable rate via a courier. If you have any concerns, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Orders over $120 qualify for free standard shipping within provided that they are not fragile or large items.

Our shipping rates do vary as our product catalogue includes a diverse range of items of varied sizes, some of which may be heavier/bulkier than others. We try to offer the lowest rates where possible.

Costs outside of flat rate or express are calculated at the checkout stage of your purchase. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we do! Please choose the "Express Shipping" option at the checkout. *Please note that depending on the size of your item express shipping may not be available.

Do you deliver to P.O. Box address?

Yes, we can deliver to any PO Box Address in Australia providing that your order meets your PO Box requirements. If your order is too big for PO Box delivery, a courier will be required to deliver your order and therefore we require a street address.

When will my Items be shipped?

If the item(s) you have ordered is (are) in stock and your order is placed before 2pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), then we will aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed after 11am on a Friday or during a weekend, your order will not be put into production until the next business day.

During peak times (IE Christmas) our order processing time may take 1-2 business days before your items are shipped.

All custom/personalised orders are subject to Terms and Conditions associated with the order. You will be advised of all these terms at the time of your order, and as such the dispatch of custom items will vary. This information is also in the product description section of each product.

Please allow for both production/handling time + shipping time for the delivery of your order.

Exceptions for shipping are public holidays as we cannot arrange for courier collection, or post office processing on these days. Your item will be processed for production the following business day.

Our couriers usually collect from our warehouse before 2pm Monday to Friday (AEST) - not on public holidays.

Once payment is processed, funds have cleared, and item has been made we will despatch for delivery. Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there is an Event Outside Our Control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event Outside Our Control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

Delivery will be completed when we deliver the item(s) to the address you gave us. The item(s) will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You own the item(s) once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

Can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked via the link supplied with your completed order (if you chose the option of tracking), or online in your Bogan Gift Co account (if you signed up). Please click the associated link to check the delivery status of your order. Please note that your orders tracking status may not be visible until they are generated within the courier's online portal. Bogan Gift Co has no control over courier's online portal.

Do I have to sign for my order?

If you choose signature on delivery, then a signature will be required for delivery. If no-one is available to sign for your parcel in this instance, the delivery service should leave a card advising you of your pick-up options. As this may not always happen, we advise you to keep track of your delivery.

If no one is available at yours or the recipients address to take delivery, the courier will leave a note that the item(s) have been returned to the courier's depot for collection. In which case, please contact the courier to arrange for collection. If for any reason an arrangement to pick the parcel up promptly from the specified delivery service collection centre is not organised, the parcel may be returned to us. Should this happen, you will be required to pay a fee for re-delivery.

What happens to 'return to sender' or refused delivery parcels?

Please take extra care to enter the correct address details when you order. If a parcel is returned to us marked 'return to sender', you must pay the same postage fee to get the Items re-delivered to you again plus a returned to sender fee as charged to us by the courier for being undeliverable.

If a delivery is refused once it has left our warehouse, you will be charged for both the cost of the delivery and the cost of return to our warehouse, in accordance with the delivery cost.

What happens if my order goes missing or is damaged in transit?

In the unlikely event that this happens, please advise us and we will lodge an inquiry with the courier who will conduct a thorough search and provide a response generally within 4 business days. If you receive an item that is damaged please see the information below:

The following conditions apply to making a claim:

• In the event items are received damaged, please keep all packaging material and contact us in writing within seven (7) days;

• Please take photos of the damaged packaging, and the damaged item/items

Bogan Gift Co reserves the right to refuse any claim for lost/damaged goods without appropriate proof, including photos.

Please contact Bogan Gift Co immediately to file a claim.

Shipping Protection

We offer our customers the option of choosing shipping protection at the checkout. If this option is chosen, Bogan Gift Co will cover damage, loss or theft during shipping. The definition of shipping is from when the parcel is collected from our warehouse up until the moment it is delivered to the customers address. Damage, loss or theft of a parcel from a customer's residence after it has been delivered is not covered.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Below is an estimated guide for standard deliveries and when you can expect delivery of your parcel; Please note these times are a guide and may vary. (Please allow extra time over any peak times – IE Christmas period and allow for public holidays). The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode.

These times are in addition to our production/print times of 1-4 days.
